An exercise for when you’re tired of waiting for what you want to show up

An exercise for when you're tired of waiting for what you want to show upI was just working with a client who feels like she has spent the past couple of years waiting for what she wants to arrive.

She’s fed-up and frustrated with waiting.

Whenever she feels like she’s getting somewhere, another obstacle seems to appear in the way.

She’s finding it difficult to believe she’ll EVER get what she wants.

So here’s what I asked her to do today (and you can do this too if you’re waiting for your dreams to manifest right now):

Remember a time when you were waiting to receive something you really, really wanted.

You wanted it SO much, you thought about it all the time and it felt like you might not ever get it.

You yearned for that thing and it seemed like you’d been waiting for ever.

Then remember the moment when you actually received that thing.

See what you can see in that moment.

Hear what you can hear.

Smell what you can smell.

Taste what you can taste.

Feel how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally to FINALLY receive that thing you’ve been waiting for.

Allow yourself to experience that feeling in every cell in your body.

Know on every level that it’s possible to receive something you’ve been waiting for.

When you do this, you can’t help but let go of resistance, even if it’s just for a few moments. You move from a vibration of waiting and frustration into a place of receiving, joy and excitement.

So, if you’re waiting for something to show up in your life right now, do this short exercise every day either when you wake up in the morning or before you go to sleep at night.

And be ready to welcome your dreams into reality.
