A tapping routine to help you manage your inner critic

A tapping routine to help you manage your inner criticWhen was the last time you heard from your inner critic (that negative, doubting voice in your mind that can find a multitude of ways to say you’re not good enough)?

If you’re anything like me and the clients I work with, your inner critic can pop up many times throughout the day.

Your inner critic is there to keep you safely within your comfort zone – that’s her job.

She has a good intention, but often she goes about it in an unhelpful way.

The good news is that you also have a more loving, accepting voice in your mind that you can choose to listen to.

A voice that tells you, ‘Yes, you can do this!’

This is your authentic, higher self and she’s a JOY to listen to.

But when your inner critic gets going, it can feel easy to slide into a downward spiral, deciding that your chosen course of action or new, juicy goal just isn’t worth bothering with.

So, what can you do to shift your awareness away from your inner critic and towards your authentic, higher self?

One super-effective method is to tap, using the powerful tool of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

I’ve created a short and simple tapping routine to help you manage your inner critic and listen to that more loving, accepting voice.  Just watch the video below and tap along.

Once you’ve tapped through the routine, comment below to let me know how you feel afterwards.

You can use this video whenever you feel your inner critic is starting to hold you back.

Here’s to listening to your authentic, higher self!
